Tom Freiling : Founder and CEOTom Freiling is our founder and CEO. A respected businessman and highly successful entrepreneur, Tom is an innovative leader who likes to peer around the next corner. For two decades he's been expanding boundaries in publishing, mass media, and more recently in the area of fundraising, web 2.0 marketing and social networking.

Early in life Tom began pushing the envelope. By age 24 he was coordinating constituent military affairs (during the Gulf War) for a Congressman in the U.S. House of Representatives, and by age 28 he was publishing the country's most popular Christian books. He then served as Managing Director for Eagle Publishing in Washington D.C., the country's premier conservative book and newsletter publisher.

More recently Tom founded and ran one of the country's first on-demand Internet publishers. Xulon Press, Inc. was started in Tom's basement in 2001, and in short order it became a multi-million dollar venture which was acquired by Salem Communications (SALM) in 2006. There, as Vice-president, he published more Christian books than anyone else in the world today.

Tom is also a best-selling author of 7 books on religion and politics; his books have been translated into Chinese and Korean and another title became a made-for-television documentary seen in more than 10 million homes. His newest book is entitled Walking With Lincoln: Spiritual Strength from America's Favorite President.


Sally Perez
is our Operations Director and is responsible for the implementation and supervision of the company's programs and has oversight over our daily operations. She also coordinates the company's IT and accounting infrastructure. Prior to joining Samaritan Fundraising, Sally served as the Production Manager for a large print-on-demand publishing company. Sally previously managed advertising traffic for the country's largest national Christian magazine. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Florida.


Christyn Taylor
serves as our Marketing Director and oversees our customer acquisition program, advertising, and public relations efforts. She is also the coordinator of our Marketing Representative Program. Before joining the team at Samaritan, she managed and coordinated product development for the country's largest on-demand book publisher. There she led the company's new product initiatives and launched several successful online sales initiatives - helping thousands of authors to promote and advertise books. Christyn also formerly served as the Marketing Director for an international real estate company in Orlando, Florida. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University.


Suzanne Meier
serves as our Fundraising Consultant and Customer Service Representative. She helps our fundraising customers market and sell their Samaritan Cards, and offers support to our tens of thousands of cardholders. She also coordinates billing issues for the company. Prior to joining the Samaritan Fundraising team, Suzanne worked as a billing and collections analyst for a leading financial institution. There she worked closely with clients to help them analyze and better their financial situation. She also managed a large law firm and served as a bank manager. She enjoys fundraising for her church and son's soccer team! Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
